    With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including 12 years specializing in raised access floors and underfloor air distribution (UFAD), Russell is passionate about redefining interior spaces through innovative solutions. Russell holds an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a Gold Seal Certified, and brings hands-on expertise as a time-served carpenter.
